Suzanne’s Active Therapy Massage sessions incorporate gentle stretching and range of motion exercises with various massage techniques to encourage greater flexibility and healing. She loves knowing her clients leave feeling relaxed, without the pain and anxiety they arrived with, often hearing people exclaim that they feel “awesome”,
A San Francisco Bay Area native and daughter of a concert pianist, Suzanne grew up in various university towns throughout the United States and Canada, so her early interactions with people from all over the world fostered her love of helping people from diverse multicultural backgrounds, which culminated in her working for many years with autistic children and other special needs populations while running a preschool, to doing social work with disabled, homeless Military Veterans. Helping people live their best life is Suzanne’s mission.
