Meet Dr. Samir Hajariwala
Dr. Samir Hajariwala’s path to chiropractic began with a love of science – and a desire to find a career where he could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
After graduating from Georgia Southern University, Dr. Samir spent about a year working as a microbiologist. While he enjoyed the science, he realized he wanted a career that was more personal, hands-on, and centered around helping people.
As he explored different healthcare professions, Dr. Samir spent time shadowing chiropractors, optometrists, dentists, and other healthcare professionals. Chiropractic immediately stood out. He was drawn to its hands-on, holistic approach to health and the opportunity to take a conservative approach to helping people improve the way they feel and function.
What made the biggest impression was watching patients come into a chiropractic office hurting – and seeing them leave feeling better, moving better, and often with a smile on their face. He knew he had found the right profession.
That decision led Dr. Samir to New York Chiropractic College (now Northeast College of Health Sciences), where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
A Hands-On, Patient-Centered Approach
Dr. Samir believes good healthcare starts with listening to the patient and looking beyond the symptoms to understand what may be contributing to the problem.
His approach focuses on improving function, mobility, and quality of life through conservative, non-surgical chiropractic care. Every patient is different, so treatment recommendations are based on the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Dr. Samir also believes strongly that chiropractic care and traditional medicine do not have to exist in separate worlds. The most important thing is making sure patients receive the right care for their individual needs.
Just as importantly, he wants patients to feel comfortable when they walk through the doors of Crossroads Chiropractic. The office is professional but intentionally relaxed and welcoming. Patients are encouraged to ask questions, understand their treatment options, and be actively involved in their care.
Proud to Serve Sharpsburg & Newnan
Dr. Samir has been serving the Sharpsburg and Newnan communities since 2019, caring for patients of all ages – from families and weekend warriors to people dealing with injuries, chronic pain, and the everyday aches and pains that can interfere with life.
Crossroads Chiropractic is also a proud member of the Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce, reflecting Dr. Samir’s commitment to being an active part of the community he serves.
For him, Crossroads Chiropractic is not simply a place to treat patients. It is about building relationships and creating an office where people know they will be listened to, respected, and treated as individuals.
Family & Life Outside the Office
Outside the office, Dr. Samir enjoys spending time with his wife, an OB/GYN, and their two children. Being part of a family with backgrounds in both chiropractic and medicine has given him a genuine appreciation for different approaches to healthcare and the importance of choosing the right type of care for each individual.
The family also includes Ozzy, who frequently joins Dr. Samir at Crossroads Chiropractic and has become the practice’s much-loved Door Greeter and Office Mascot. He is always happy to welcome patients – and even happier to accept a few scratches along the way.
When he is not at the office, Dr. Samir enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants and cuisines, watching movies, cheering on the Chicago Bears, and putting his useless knowledge to good use in a game of Trivial Pursuit.
Why Crossroads Chiropractic?
For Dr. Samir, chiropractic is ultimately about helping people feel better, move better, and get back to doing the things they enjoy.
Whether someone comes to Crossroads Chiropractic because of a new injury, chronic pain, or simply because their body is not moving or functioning the way they would like, his goal is straightforward: listen to the patient, determine what may be contributing to the problem, explain the options clearly, and develop a treatment plan tailored to that individual.
After serving the Sharpsburg and Newnan area since 2019, that philosophy remains at the heart of Crossroads Chiropractic:
Treat people well. Help them understand their health. And make the office a place where they genuinely feel welcome.
I hope to inspire you to reach your health goals!
Dr. Samir is welcoming all existing and new patients to join him in continuing and/or starting their road to a healthier life.
